My desire through these poems is to highlight some Nuggets of ideas that will help you explore and Reflect in your own life as to how they may be useful in achieving your goal.

Combine – For a positive outcome.
Add a laugh or two to sweeten the journey!

Accept this challenge; only God knows what is possible.
Fifty years of my life have been dedicated to performing religious music. This significantly enhances your emotional and rhythmic cadence abilities, which become very useful.
This project began with a poem I wrote for my grandchildren one Christmas. They loved it and continued to ask for more. My friends loved them, too.
I asked Nikos, my publisher, to critique them, and after much discussion and consideration, the book was launched. But more poems were needed.
Once I started writing, I couldn’t stop. It was as though I was taking dictation.
Although ungroomed and untrained, with my past experiences, recounting powerful phrases from others, combined with my musical training, these poems emerged.
Added to these were faith-based notes of support, as well as humor, and this book was born.
