This manga was written and originally designed by Stefie Bowser. She and a team of artists, Xilo Hrdz and Chasing Rabbits, tell the story in their unique styles, showcasing artistic talent and telling the story of this epic adventure.
About the author
Stefie Bowser is the Author and Artist of Legacy. Originally from Long Island, New York, Stefie’s art talent was discovered at age eight when her artwork was displayed in Albany. She has had a great love of anime and manga ever since discovering the magical films of Hayao Miyazaki (Studio Ghibli). Since then, she has been inspired to learn the art. Along with art, Stefie also loved reading, and after reading a Fantasy series, “Deltora Quest” by Emily Rodda, she became inspired to start writing. It became her dream to create her series. She attended a Fine Art and Performing Art High School where her love for art and writing was fed and grew. She won numerous art awards, later attended Adelphi University, and graduated with a BA in Fine Art. Never losing sight of her dream of creating her series, Stefie kept writing and drawing. Art and writing became more than just a craft or hobby; they became a part of her heart and soul, lighting a way through dark times. Many story concepts came and went but grew stronger every time. Back in 2020, Legacy was born, and after much hard work and development, it has shaped into something Stefie is very excited to share with others. When not drawing and writing for Legacy, Stefie enjoys drawing anime fan art and reading; her genres are BL/Fantasy/Danmei, and she enjoys the works of MXTX, Meatbun Doesn’t Eat Meat, and Priest. She also enjoys cooking with a love of ethnic foods and currently resides in Arizona with her husband and cats.
